1st service today...got many cases where the HU navigation was stolen..the sc offered rm600 safety tint..and my car is the 3rd car to claim for the HU navigation problem..sigh..

possibly stolen unit?..i dont think the car buyer would like to fork out a few k more and use only 1 month even if it was very badly made HU...and selling for rm1k?...lol..

1st)back up your sd card
2)just follow the steps in link

my sd card was accidently formatted when i tried to update..then i just copied the files from the cd given and insert to the HU, and then start the update process back..

bro, its just simple as installing winamp and other software. Just follow the instruction. Just incase something wrong happens, just format your SD Card and re-install using the CD provided or just reinstall the latest version.

Double-click “lokatoo_installer.exe”.


Click “Next”.


Ensure that the drive letter shown is the drive of your multimedia system with navigation SD memory card. (Default drive letter is “f”). Change the drive letter if necessary by clicking “Browse”. (Do not change the folder name.)


Click “Next”


Remove SD card from computer card reader，and don close the software。


Insert the SD card to multimedia system with navigation. Press “NAVI” button or tap “GPS” on the screen.


Remove the SD card from multimedia system with navigation and reinsert it back to computer SD card reader. Then click “Next” to continue.


Click “Finish” when completed.


Remove the SD card from SD card reader. To remove, click “Safely Remove Hardware” icon and select “Safely remove SD Memory Card – Drives(X:)” as shown below.
