At the moment, I also been doing the same survey like you... well, I have these premium ones in my list thus far:

V-Kool Elite - able to use SmartTag
3M™ Crystalline - not able to use SmartTag but the tint specs seem to be higher
Hüper Optik - able to use SmartTag plus got Security tint

When you plan to do yours? Probably we can bargain together?

At the moment, I more towards 3M since I couldn't push my budget to go beyond for V-Kool Elite. According to 3M website, their tint doesn't contain "steel-a-like" material unlike V-Kool which gives one of the advantage for 3M. Not sure what it is about already...

However, I stepped into a tint shop yesterday at Puchong and the guy there recommended 3M and V-Kool the most, or Hüper Optik if wanted JPJ saman security. One of the advise given is that, originally MyVi's glass is UV-protected hence already slightly darker. Therefore, should not choose tint which will make it much darker otherwise easily kena JPJ's saman.

Why don't you try taking a look at Huper Optic which will cost you about 15% lesser than your budget, plus warranty against JPJ summons

Any 1.3 myvi owner want a pair of myvi 1.5 front seat...?? A pair of front seat including all the bracket etc except for the seat belt anchor... Item in a very2 good condition...

Main difference of myvi 1.3 seat and 1.5 seat is that the 1.5 seat have extra side bolstering for a better hold during cornering...

Is the Yuubi gear lock of the same quality as the CONSTRUCT? AT the moment, CONSTRUCT does not have the model for the new Myvi Auto transmission.
Someone mentioned that Construct is of better quality.

Got my Huper Optic for less than RM1600 

looks like alot of u here pening bout tints too.. me in the same dilemma too.. been using cheapo cap chicken tints, fixed 2 my car bout 2yrs ago.. my car always park in the hot sun, thus i always wind down by windows abit.. recently ive noticed that my tins have 2 shades of color already, the top part slightly brighter n that tiny bottom part is darker coz its always not exposed 2 the sun as a result of me winding my windows when i park my car at work..

well, serves me rite 4 goin wit cheapo tints in the 1st place.. so thinkin of using some medium quality ones, budget of around 600-700.. no budget 2 do like u guys' high end 1k++

Also guys, just want to know what kind of extra security measures you have on your rides other than the standard factory immobilizer and alarm? Seems a lot of people are using Stoplock for their cars. I'm still using my trusty steering lock cum bat

On my 1st service, I forgotten to request to the SC to unplug the DVD wire for playing without handbrake on thingy. Anyone done it yet?

I believe immobilizer can be bypassed easily. It's just a magnet sort like thingy if I'm not mistaken.

Not sure about the warranty though. If unplugged, replug the wire lo. But it's otherwise if it's as what my friend said, require cutting wire for grounding it.

Well if you read experiences from car thieves, it is quite safe to say that factory security measures do nothing towards stopping the perpetrator - granted that 90% of all cars on the road have their factory security enabled, if it's the case why are we still seeing so many stolen cars all over Malaysia?

In my case here, I'd prefer to discourage the thief, as there's not much of a point once the thief manages to get in after he 'kopek' open your door, screw up your interior wiring and leaves your ride damaged. And let's not forget that these people are humans too - you and I could be one of them, yet anyone can view this thread. Be wary
