But are the government spending taken into account of yearly spend(for the annual reward)?

This is a question I am dying to find the answer to. Anyone got an answer based on real experience?

Technically the annual reward is cash back too right? So it would be risky to assume that government spend is counted.

I personally don't dare to try even if CS can give an answer.

How about bill payment in hong leong bank connect (hong leong bank internet banking website) count for cash back for this fortune cc?

Only if the transaction appears in your Fortune Card statement.

why say so?
If i pay with fortune cc , ths transaction will appear in cc statement.

i just got the RM1800 rebate on last month and now my real cash got over RM2300 on the very first year~ at first thought the yearly accumulative is based on 1 Jan to 31 Dec because i received the yearly summary on Dec statement and wasted the expenditure from Sep to Dec 2015 but luckily they gave me the RM1800 payout on Sep 2016 statement and the yearly total expenses is based on the starting date of my credit card~ Thank you Hong Leong Bank for having the very best credit card in the world with an approximately 1.96% cash back on my other expenses excluding petrol, dining, grocery and online purchasing~

what gov expenses? u can pay some gov bill in shopee and it should be be considered as online transaction

This card seems to have been removed from HLB card selections.
