I wanted to add. i today in this reno expo. i check the beds price. even soso quality is costing 5k. High end is 12k leah.

Do not be too happy. Packet milo selling at 7-11 is so overpriced than in tesco. You might bought a lousy item with higher price. Just like some say all houses are built with same material. Why some selling cheaper. Maybe due to developer reputation. Or acceptance from the buyers. Why this robertson sell this price and not that price. I think location. Why this bed sell more expensive. Partly also branding I think. So buying 7k is not shown about quality. I have seen 30k bed. How to compare. Does it mean 30k is superb and 7k...........

What brand of mattress? I thought full latex after discount 4k can get?

Not sure if you all are aware, when developer launch a project the price is usually higher than the surrounding as they price it uing forward pricing. Meaning what they estimate the project will be valued upon completion 3-4 years later. Of course they are conservative on this as they do not want to over price the project making it hard to sell. So if say it will rise to 2k psf, that is too optimistic imho.

You will rarely get good deals at renovation expo's.But its a good place to go to get ideas. I don't know what mattress you have so I wont say its average or high end.

FF unit is include with curtain, kitchen top, wardrobe, cabinet, mattress, tv, air-con (panasonic or york), kitchen appliances (Electrolux), interior design.. only without bed sheet, carpet, decorative item and lose item (i.e: cup, spoon.........)

Unfurnish unit with air-con, 2 by 2 porcelain tiles, plaster ceiling, bathroom same with FF unit (TOTO) except the custom made mirror and shelf

well, all unit comes with unfi ready and astro beyond ready..

you upper krass already... i'm still on Slumberland... those 5 digit mattresses are more for those with back issues... but no harm getting one if got moolah, more quality sleep, more energetic, earn more moolah, whackt more properties

of course lah. hotel need to change mattress very frequently due to excessive wear and tear. kekekeke. all those jumping, humping and shaking. kekekeke.

Disposing old mattress is a headache. Say if you buy new mattress, will the delivery people also take away the old mattress ?

usually rm50 would do the trick, be it old sofa, old mattress, etc.

but lately, charity organisation would pick up for you FOC. including dismantling of cabinets.
