My unit come with free two inverter air-con,plaster celling & 1 car park bay.

I show one ID guy on this reno expo today using my ipad on that above robertson photos.

The ID guy said. if Robertson FF same like that. it is very high quality works and cost minimum 90psf.

Functional items yes, decorative items no.

Those wall posters/paintings are decorative, so not inclusive.

Even for unfurnished unit, it comes with air con ,plaster ceiling, bathroom basin top, shower ... Just no cabinet and no kitchen, I once asked them the difference.

No such thing la bro. The Robertson finishings (the extras compared to the bare unit) can be easily done for about 20K. Trust me.

The master bed & mattress provided in the show unit is average quality. If that's what ure getting in 2018, I would feel cheated. Take my word for it. I did 2 renovations from scratch. You can find some very good deals around KL for branded furniture, electrical fittings, etc. Plus my line of work gives me an added advantage.

(Btw, hotels don't give you high quality mattresses unless those are high end rooms in high end hotels).
