Why ppl buy 23a water tank level

23a is not water tank level.

Water tank level should be 13a & 29.

Anyway, the SA's keep on promising buyers that the building quality is good and they take measures to reduce the noise level. They expect units immediately neighbouring the water tank to be "slightly affected" and impact to units further away should be negligible.

Just the SA's punya cakap. 信不信由你。

13A & 29 price how much ?

noise is one thing... bocor is the headache part... but i guess if its Gamuda... should be safe kua?

Bocor .... minor bocor should affect the floor below.

Big bocor - shout it out in the newspaper ....

Gamuda being engineering company & run by engineer sure know how to prevent bocor and limit motor pump noice kua?

Gamuda generally scores high in CONQUAS rating especially the landed homes....being the leading construction co cum property developer, the quality and execution shld be the less weighted risks for this project....my worthless 2cents

I checked today. The furnishing packages for those facing KLCC view is RM 139 psf. It is pricey. Better to get the non-furnished.

I have question. I saw there is a unit at level 10 and it is facing the wall of the mall. After discount it is RM 975 pst. Is it a good buy?

I took two units prices as comparisons, furnishing against non furnished and with RM 2K per floor difference. But I suppose it is plus or minus there. Even the Sales Rep agree its around RM 120-139. Depending on floors.
