Gamuda generally scores high in CONQUAS rating especially the landed homes....being the leading construction co cum property developer, the quality and execution shld be the less weighted risks for this project....my worthless 2cents

I have question. I saw there is a unit at level 10 and it is facing the wall of the mall. After discount it is RM 975 pst. Is it a good buy?

I took two units prices as comparisons, furnishing against non furnished and with RM 2K per floor difference. But I suppose it is plus or minus there. Even the Sales Rep agree its around RM 120-139. Depending on floors. How much is yours?
