Cannot compare. TRX land is capped from a minimum of RM3,000psf**. Hence, authorities have also given a plot ratio in one of the parcel here as high as 18, the highest in Malaysian history.

** That doesn't mean condo will have to be RM3000psf ya. But at least you know the value of the land for development is how freaking expensive compared to all other land. This will set it apart from all other zones.
