Robertson, fully furnished, 624sqft, KLCC view(may be) after discounted(5%),  about 1150psf, rental $3000,

Dorsett Residences Bukit Bintang, fully furnished(should be much better grade than Robertson one), 652sqft, KLCC unblock view, after discounted(9%), about 1755psf. rental $6000(according to sales agent)

wow, so optimistic this thread  2K psf meaning that 5xx sqft = 1mil~1.1mil, probably 3K psf? 1.5mil~1.6mil for 5xx sqft then my >1,500sqft condo can sell few millions, everywhere multi-millionaire

Actually, I think Robertson should be a safer bet without the mall. The mall is the unknown thing. How is it going to turn out?

According to google map, the Merdeka Station is about 300 m if we draw a straight line between them.

For the LRT, robertson seems to be closer to Plaza Rakyat than Hang Tuah. Anyway, pretty well within walking distance.

i don't think you can walk to Merdeka Station becoz there's LRT rail .. unless there's a pedestrian bridge built.

Not that bad... even the so called integrated  ekocheras also need to walk a distance dependin on the block
