I have booked another unit.

This is fully furnished one. facing KLCC

I think fully furnished unit is better ( not very expensive consider the quality and design). Any other different opinion?

I saw not many units available sweat.gif at late evening ( after sps ecohill)

Gamuda will put discounted price on SPA..
We need pay full 10% based on discounted price.

20K is part of the 10%..

Walauer... Ram kor. Kudo to u. But worth it worth it. My kl city condo few guys own more than 15-20 units few years ago. All now rich like no tomorrow. N 1 of them already is dato title in very young age. Shocking after see his title on committee meeting print out. Few of some older age owner own more than 10 units also dato title.
