for me type c look ok woh... not the narrow type.. and wider window... for 500+sf consider not bad..
and also living room away from kitchen...quite good liao.

maybe will go for A & C maybe B also gua ... actually 3 also ok. C got wider bedroom.
got open kitchen and close kitchen choice. as you said different people different choice.
