If bare unit then 1000-1050 psf
If fully furnished then at least 1200 psf

I always think for the worst circumstances , if market over supply , I might just rent it at 2500 to cover for the installments , by that time I already enjoy the capital appreciation

My unit 52x sqf . 35 years 90 percent . End up in 2522 installment per month . So need to pay the maintainence only

Fully furnished comes with Eveything including furniture , even curtain , just the decorative items excluded, stamp duty we bao ourselves

For my unit I calculate there's 50k difference for the furnishing .
Nowadays If u get good branded furniture and electronics at least cost 20k for one unit .
Unfurnished unit not including the kitchen cabinet .

I don think I can spend 50 k for the similar thing by 2018
