No doubt the type g 1+1 is the best , but it's facing back , I love the layout lots

For my unit I calculate there's 50k difference for the furnishing .
Nowadays If u get good branded furniture and electronics at least cost 20k for one unit .
Unfurnished unit not including the kitchen cabinet .
