This concept also help those ltv 70%.

size too small. go for your landed!
unless u can get any above 900sf or below 1500sf at kl prime city center location with attractive price.
due to over flooded with small size unit in future. middle size should be safe bet at kl city centre.

but it is always good to have a unit at kl city. worth to own if you have extra bullet to play around

Wat happen to other size? All sapu by staff? It's very easy entry wo.. some more commercial title not sudjected to ltv70.
