1) now open 12 floor only 1350psft
2) few month later 12 floor 1550psft
3) next year 12 floor 1750psft
4) Jan 2016 and other 12 floor 1950psft

7 storey car park, unit start from Level 8

phase 1: level 8-19 (12 floor)
phase 2: level 20-31( 12 floor)
phase 3: level 32-38 (7 floor)

I doubt it. Most likely 100psf increment between phases.

I really dont understand the strategy GL is playing. What is the point divided phases as shown. I prefer high floor, mean i cant buy until phase 3 even i am very interested...

They should just open for all floors and apply increment in phases by period. Why they are forcing people to buy the low floors first?

Or the increment is actually the premium paid for every increment in height...

If I can remember correctly, each apartment will be designed to have adequate sun light & ventilation. Rain water will be harvested for toilet flushing. Solar energy will be used to supply heated water for shower to each apartment. I hope the GL's SA can clarify that.

1. Then they have to run separate piping for the toilet flush ?

2. Solar energy for heated water to the entire apartment ? The water will have to come from the central pool, how to they meter it ? What if rainy days, supply from solar is depleted, so they have back up using electricity ? Otherwise consistency will be a problem.

1. I think so.

2. Every unit is pre-equipped with its own shower system which is able to dispense hot & cold water through centralized system. I dunno how the system works.

Still need to be clarified by someone with more accurate information. I may have understood it wrongly.

Eg, if raining water separate piping to flush toilet, does it mean we can't flush the toilet during dry season ?

All these high sounding features a lot of times have low practicality.

Likely they do these raining water and solar heated water thingies only to limited common area, which means coverage will be limited, on best effort basis.
