Umm, not much i guess. The stickers weren't full. They are only launching 8-19th floor. Floors higher than 19th will be open at a later date.

The show unit is the same i guess? I am not too sure because it was my first time at the showroom and didnt went for the first launch. built up is definitely the same.

I guess the potential ones will be unit facing KL118 but again, if u buy it too low, it will be partial block view? Haha.

Make yourself a Gamuda fan, then you will find it cheap.

It ain't cheap but whether it is expensive, I guess one has to compare it with other nearby projects like Opus, Meridian 101, Tribeca & D'Majestic. And also please don't forget that TR is a GBI Gold, Conquas & Qlassic project which should translate to a little bit more value in the project.

Like an old saying, if you buy now & the price drops in the future. People will say " I told you so, it was not worth it." If you buy now & the price increase tremendously in the future. People will say " Why didn't you whack two more?"

The conclusion is nobody can predict the future. Your future is in your own hands. If your investments fail then learn from your mistakes, move on & start again. If your investments succeed then your hard work pays off & you are one level above your present status. But please don't sit there & do nothing. Like Albert Einstein said "life is like a bicycle, you gotta keep moving!!". This is life!!

If you publish your projects to be evaluated by Conquas & Qlassic, you should aim high right? If not, you'll just embarrass yourselves.

Wat is consider high? 90? Everythin mz hav target ma. Developer oso can target 50point. So y so secret cant reveal the target? But dis wont be binded in SnP fr sure.

80 & above would be great.

I thought u target 90. But gamuda the most target 70 i guess. Pass abov average.
