yes expensive for me too, maybe just go there have a look next month when show unit ready.

Good because simply like it, location, design, with a mall down there and concept think it could get a decent rental yield kua.

they will launch after completed some site sturcture... so need to wait until next year.... if not wrong.

But i am not buying this...price is too high 6c6c only.

Go ahead!.. go for 2 bedrooms or 3. i got a prop very near bukit bintang area too. very good price appreciation and good quality expat tenant. so far so good!
