bro arrow,

i reduced the water tds to 130-140 adi. but seems like the shrimp are having problem to molt now.

anything i should do to save them??
*
You reduce tds in large number in one shot? Better dont. Have to gradually reduce or increase.
What shrimp you having problem? Fire red?

No prob... been busy and away recently too.

Glad to know your shrimplets are doing well and there's new ones too rclxms.gif
My shrimplets are growing too... although it's very hard to spot them.

I need more shrimps! laugh.gif brows.gif

My malayans seem to be nocturnal... out in the open scavenging for food when light is off. They really love spinach... but not so much for the reds.

Speaking of which.. just added 3 very tiny grass like plant (dunno the name). It's not even those dense type of grass and they were picked right from LFS shrimp tank without those plastic pot.

Luckily I rinse it very thoroughly..found 2 damselfly, 3 planaria and 1 unidentified insect. rclxub.gif

I've got some white thin worms wriggling around in my tank (not planaria) & damn difficult to catch it. Got some tiny white bugs scurrying around too. Don't know where those came from.

Hopefully none of it will disturb my shrimps. Been some time now since I noticed it. Bugs are so tiny I can't even take a pic of it. Look kinda like aphids though...hmmm...

Planaria and damsfly. Your lfs really 'teruk'. Have this fearsome two also dare to sell you the plants.
Better dont put in your tank first. Maybe still got eggs stick to it.

Too late.. cucuk inside di. But I did my best to wash those freakin expensive grass.

I will usually buy whenever possible from the more "local" type LFS but this chain store one is like 2 minutes walking distance from home and open 24 hours.
