I am not in the shoes of telling body fat under 10%. but I could clearly say that their advices do makes sense for bodybuilding. By taking up advices from those who have been through, it really helped me alot in process of getting fit back.
Martial artist won't go below under 10. Except for the legendary Bruce Lee. Fats are needed to cushion for impact. How I know ? I used to be under Remaja Kebangsaan for certain MA ( Skuad Gemilang 2012 program ) until I fu*#ed up my ankle that its total "senget". Without those body fats you felt those impact instantly. Look at which MMA fighters,who is under 10%.. So no point taking their body structure for comparison.
This is BB thread... I don't understand why you could not take it that people do go under 10% of body fat but with GodDmN training and clean food. Bro DL is one case that I could not even understand quite well. He eats crap but still looks good. I once saw him in the gym and god its amazing, maybe that's how he compensate for all those foods that he ate.
