Hi Darklight, did you do any intense cardio while you cut? Or perhaps some HIIT? Your achievement is impressive, especially when cutting with Nasi Lemak and chicken skin.
Would like some opinion if there are any alternatives besides doing 30-45 minutes cardio everyday when cutting. Are there any other types of cardio training or weights where I can do with probably 20-30 minutes with the same effect as the usual cardio?
To those who think it's easy reaching sub 10% bf, You might not be as lean as you think
