Maybe softbrick, managed to to reflash with 2.3.6 with PC Odin3..rooting is gone.
Can I reflash back to 2.3.5 again using PC Odin3? then rooting... again using Mobile Odin lite to upgrade 2.3.6?
Where to get CWM extracted tar file?

Don't know what cause the softbrick..
Mobile Odin, once listing all partition, should I select any partition before flash firmware?
Coz, I didnt select any partition & straight away click the flashing firmware to check sum...once reboot...stuck at N7000 screen......should I wait for 5 mins?

correct file. extract the zip one level down to tar file. further extract you get zimage file. you need the file in tar format
The file name should be just : CF-Root-SGN_XX_ODD_KL3-v5.0-CWM5.tar . NOTE the tar extension

If you did not recieve SMS, just call them - you will hear a voice recording giving you the code

YES!!! holy cow.... my Note feel so much smoother/faster now with ADW Launcher EX. Press the centre button to wake up the phone also almost instant now. Previously, need like a second for the screen to show up.
