I just called SME lowyat.
I bought my black aka blue note from them.. I asked them whether can I collect/redeem white flip case and their answer is no  they said only white note set that available to collect/redeem the white flip case |

Lol.. I just updated my phone to 2.3.6 using Kies.
It took only less than 10minutes to complete the process  |
