Yeah, no barrier. They scan your card at the counter before you pick up the towel. It's up to the front desk to monitor who goes in and out.

It gets harder towards the peak hour, coz many people would be walking in and out.

LOLLL i only go KL on weekend...! Coz after workout can do some shopping checkout some of the Reebok outfit. Unless I happen to be around KLCC for work then I might workout at AK after that. Jauh kkkk.

Weekends is when I avoid KL since I work there from Mon ~ Fri

but really, the bright light in fitness first is quite similar to my office..after long stressful day in office and work out in another environment similar to office?

the soft drink there bloody unhealthy, we go to the gym to improve our health right or enjoy the sugary drinks? worst still, fitness first consultant told me they are more expensive because they provide soft drinks.

It depends if you constantly use the same gym , the only added value is towel service. And even that, sometimes in weekends the towels are finished by the time I go.

dear forum members... is anyone kind enough to share what's the rate for passport platinum these days? would it matter which home gym we sign up at?

I tot weekend have less crowd compare to Mon- Fri after office hour.

Platinum is around 201 or 210 nowadays.

Leisure mall. Dunt know how they manage the towel always finish the smaller one . I think because weekends they always bring visitor then the visitor sapu extra towel.
