new member here, just register to join FF Menara Axis this week.

Hi all, want to ask if personal training is a must? i have passed 3 free sessions but i still have no idea how to use those machines

im member of menara axis, i have used all the free sessions but my PT just ask me to do the training but not really teach me how to use the machines

i'm thinking to upgrade my home membership to platinum, but they quoted me RM201/month

is this is reasonable price?

i think the RM201/month that offered by them was corporate price coz im working nearby menara axis, im not sure if i will accept the offer but do need the towel service.
