Yes that's what I was told also. But it doesn't make sense when the big towel is available but small finish out in weekends. I can only think of that.

i think the RM201/month that offered by them was corporate price coz im working nearby menara axis, im not sure if i will accept the offer but do need the towel service.

Weird, my corporate price was RM180 + 6% gov tax instead of RM210 + 6% gov tax (normal platinum membership price), paid 12 mths upfront and they gave me a 6% discount off the total amount. Signed up on June this year at KBT.

Theoretically visitors don't get it.

I bring my friend along sometimes. Sometimes we never ask for towel but they give.
It pretty much depends on the towel counter staff whether he/she wants to give.
And maybe depends on how nice you've been with the staff

It is very much auto. The moment you pass them the card they will give you towel. If you don't need it, just tell them no. Don't hog towels if you don't need it

24 is awesome. We get 16 days only. If plus Sat PH replacement, up to 19 days nia.
