Atmosfera workmanship is bad, no doubt about that. But Villamas is a trusted developer i think.

Yes, i also learn this during purchasing of my family house.Even famous developer they try to delay the fixes. They give all kind of excuses, cannot find ur defect list la this la that la.. Cause buyer usually submit the defect list and didn't keep one copy for your own reference and the most importance is the DATE. |

Congratulations to zefer buyer ! at this moment i think atmosfera is the worst ever mid high end condo ive ever seen. Go in and look for yourself and youll know why.

I have been reading about the bad workmanship at Atmosfera.
I have read that the Atmosfera uses a Villamas in-house contractor. Does any know which company is the contractor for Zefer Hill and their track record? For the purchasers of Zefer Hill, while construction is ongoing, do you also see the issue of substandard material being used for the build? |
