Yeah when I was there I saw the musicians were fighting the noise from the crowd. Because they were paid to do the job, so they have to work hard, but the whole place is just too small for one not to interfere with another. LOL.

Last Saturday was good. You can go to Zefer for lunch, then later go to Duet Residence for tea break or vice versa.

It's afternoon and too many curry puffs, so a bit sleepy lar. LOL.

They can target the high income group, but the high income group do not want to buy zefer.

What I meant was that the developer maybe designed the house with certain market segment in mind (eg larger sq ft, facilities etc), and also priced accordingly. However the people who can afford it, they have other choices and preferences. They are not particularly appealed to what zefer has to offer.

Atmosfera maintenace is .18 psf and zefer is .26 psf, is that right ?

I don't know the actual reason why many developers build big build up units. They know pretty well big build up units will be very slow moving. Is it because the authority controls the density of the building, they have no choice but to comply ?

Furthermore it does not make sense to use one psf and applies it across the board, ie bigger build up the psf has to be lower than the smaller build up. I presume that zefer has already made allowance for it ?

One thing I kao tao to this developer is that it has gone ahead with S&P with the buyers. It seems they have to start work or have already started on Zefer, by hook or by crook.

Got problem, maybe he felt a bit liked kena conned, maybe he bought the unit based on the feedbacks from the posters here, whom could be the staff or the son to the developer. LOL.
