Most likely is due to the location and the access road itself that make those buyer not worth buying 800k condo..
Compare to seringin and treez, they aso selling abt the same price but very fast the sold unit more than 80%.. |

800k for the 1900sft? It's still 421psf. Indeed too large bu making the price exorbitant.

as i know that 1990sf is selling at 750k only is b4 7%dic oh...if i not mistaken
800k is for 2130sf la |

Thanks for the correction so its about 700k for 1900sf which is about 368psf. Maybe the sales would be better if the bu is around 1500-1600sf.
