Just visited their sales office today and they've opened all the units for booking now. The taken rate so far is around 10%++. Still got lots of unit ...

That's very low. I thought the location is quite near IOI.

this is on top of the hill together with villamas, atmosfera etc etc..
to be more specific, zefer is built beside the slope

Hmm, wonder why the sales is so bad. The condo design looks like without a roof, so flat.

High pricing, not so easy accessibility, high density on hill top and the dodgy slope.. ppl fear of landslide nowadays

with that pricing, better off with other subsale developement

I wonder this slope is more steep or Damansara Foresta's.

Wow 10% take up is really damping. Sign of slow down in property market.

Saw posters on this project all around PJ these past days.

What's the name of the condo in the background? Too bad the view will be blocked totally by Zefer.

Went to the site today. The location is really bit deep inside but slightly better than Koi Kinrara where both sides of roads are full with cars rclxub.gif

800k for the 1900sft? It's still 421psf. Indeed too large bu making the price exorbitant.

Thanks for the correction so its about 700k for 1900sf which is about 368psf. Maybe the sales would be better if the bu is around 1500-1600sf.
