Actually Zefer's price does not reached a mil for the largest and highest floor unit. If u refer to the price shown in iprop is not accurate.

I'm kinda agreed that the access road for ZH is not so preferable and i did surveyed the access road during peak hour but actually is not really that bad for the traffic flow. If compared with USJ 1 even though the place have more access road and quite near to KESAS so what because the place is still jam like hell.

What i heard is the developer will do some upgrading for the accesss road. New access road i dun think is possible at this moment.

I'm not sure whether this is a sticker game or not, but I went to the soft launch last weekend and saw very good crowd and quite a lot ppl is go for booking.

Atmosfera condo and Koi Kinrara is already more than 300++ psf. Please don't take the Villamas apartment and Sri Bayu to compare.

If there really open a new access road to Taylor's University. I bet the traffic will become more worse than now. Everyone will use the new access to Sunway, PJ, some more can skip toll. U think LDP will let this happen?

My friend went to their sales office today. Told by the sales that the price will increase after this weekend.

Anyone want to grab a unit tomorrow will be the last day to get the low price unit for Zefer.

Those already made booking won't affect them. In fact the previous buyer already earned due to the price increased.

Only the who buy after this weekend will need to pay more.

Don't forget now just compare the condominium in Puchong area only. Why talk until Mount Kiara pulak?

Developer offer free SPA legal fee but term & condition loan agreement must use the same lawyer also. They are Tea, Kelvin Kang, & Gideon Tan two lawyer firm.
