Ya, i saw u chunkit...congrat anyway...ipad not cheap.

Today i notice 3 things..

1. tower 2 resident need to walk quite a distance to swimming pool, badminton hall and gym.. And along the way, is either walk on the road side or at the parking lot... Dont have a walk way all the way to swimming pool or gym under shelter.. So if raining, tower 2 resident can forget abt going to gym, badminton or swiming..

2. Tower 2 sky deck not facing sunway..

3. Tower 2 resident, drive in infront of tower 2, and hv to drive all the way to tower 1 to go in to parking lot then from parking lot have to drive all the way back to tower 2 for parking

Seem like tower 2 dont have any benefit.. Hahaha...

I guess the developer will build the shelter along the walk way....or else i can guarantee Tower 2 buyers will complain.

Added on April 21, 2012, 11:18 pmI went there but i didn't measure it, just to see how far the pilling was done. Oh i was speaking with the PM regarding how safety the slope is. It's just like what suety86 has said previously. Add-on that the land actually is full of rocks in there. Supporting wall and piezometer standpipes will be built. They will monitor the Slope all the times after the completion. Report will send to us everytime they done checking.

Regarding to the jln pipit, they didn't mentioned of upgrading but they will beautify it(not sure how) and few traffic light will be built to prevent high traffic.

I am still in OMG mood. Once I got the bank approvals, I quickly went to sign the SPA on Friday. At the end, I got South Africa!! A very last minute surprise to me, indeed!
