There are a few developers unit opening up for the bigger units of 2139sq ft with studio dual key.
Not sure why there are still new units...

Also I went during weekend and they've started to put guard there on the guard house.

But the road really need improvement furthermore with the 2 new development coming up. I think they should be allow to start construction once the new access is ready.

Dear all big KorKor/CheChe/Sifu, am sorry if I have asked something wrong in here but am curious about why are you all so keen into this Zefer Hill especially Jalan Pipit is getting so high density?

To be honest, this is my first time getting a house and my budget is around 500k. Ive been checking out the TWINz and O'Hako Residence (beside Koi Kinara), but am not too sure if they are good to buy. It seems to me that O'Hako selling like hot cakes especially their sales chart looks pretty overwhelming (sold up to 70% -stickers).

I'll b really grateful if you all willing to give me some advise. PLEASE PM me if you don't feel like answering my question here. Thanks in advance.

The only reason for this location mushroom with so many residential projects is ........ location. This is a great location with still reasonable price in Klang Valley.

Agree, this is a great location and I heard that in 2 years there would be 2 more link bridges. Zefer has the "King of the Hill" view amongst all of them. No wonder ppl starting to sell at 820k above....I heard bank value now abt 520psf. Once got a few transaction will easily increase 20 - 30 psf....like atmosfera...wonder whom will sell first and set the transaction price... drool.gif rclxms.gif thumbup.gif
