You are wrong, the factories emissions are terrible

So, these factories don't just do cutting? They are actually in production?

Can anyone shared any insight to these factories?

It bugs me though, can these factories actually be granted to produce with high emissions since they are quite a lot of residential properties around now (ie. Parc Ville, Koi, Atmosfera and now Zefer).

Road nw getting better. Traffic lights shld be installed soon. Friend lives in the link houses below...said a lil slow but moving as many ways out...everywhere the same to me if u wanna live in puchong, pj or kl and opt to drive during peak hrs.

Zefer is almost done. Even children playground could be seen in the picture. I am still doubting whether this development is a good buy or not.

Think of it this way...this condo has the best view and location giving you the king of the hill feeling. My friend staying at bandar puteri also complaints of jam when going out but he loves his hse on the hill. The jln pipit crawl is not that bad...have tried it 2x 7.30 and 8.10...if u wanna go kesas or ldp its ok...okr get stuck again at main road junction. I am positive...only prob is the junction where zefer n atmosfera folks need to turn right. The cars out frm the open car park n from koi below delay your exit. Else it moves

Prob sell one and keep the bigger unit for own stay.
My fengshui master advised me to stay in a house or condo without any other building blocking the view, so money flow in fast fast...haha...he already chk this place is very ong...high energy.

Oh I read a book mentioned better to get a condo with green mountain behind which symbolises energy from a green dragon? Our condo is located at a bare mountain with no greenery
