Dear all big KorKor/CheChe/Sifu, am sorry if I have asked something wrong in here but am curious about why are you all so keen into this Zefer Hill especially Jalan Pipit is getting so high density?

To be honest, this is my first time getting a house and my budget is around 500k. Ive been checking out the TWINz and O'Hako Residence (beside Koi Kinara), but am not too sure if they are good to buy. It seems to me that O'Hako selling like hot cakes especially their sales chart looks pretty overwhelming (sold up to 70% -stickers).

indeed it is very nice. hmm..... over-reacted to media would be suicidal act i think. hope what i heard is not true. shall clarify with my friend again and maybe will have to see it for myself before making my move.

The question is how soon can the developer 'fix' the problem

The DB box and the Main Switch Box is placed in the kitchen wall. No I did not mis-type that. And all the units including the high-priced ones have them placed in the kitchen. I may be a first-time home owner but placing those boxes/switches close to a water source is just a disaster waiting to happen. And if you choose to move them yourself at your own expense, warranty is void. V O I D. That is one of the reasons 'some' owners are bringing this up to the media.

I have not got my keys yet but I am both excited and scared at the same time. Sigh. Hope my unit not so bad la 

If  looking at the picture above, Come on OBEE , a middle class secondary student who learnt  "Kemahiran Hidup" would know the DB box was installed far a way from any water pipe.

Kitchen is more dusty and also got oil smoke when cook lor. long run the oily thg might trapped into db box if you did insulate it well. How u going to tackle??? Common sense is to keep db box in dry place lar.

its kind of weird and too impulsive to call media in due to this DB location as one of the reason, how can someone suggest and agree to this move ? i believe a lot of project the DB is hide inside kitchen cabinet of dry kitchen.

friend, think twice before making any move in future, once drop, very hard to rise again. if it is defect, make sure u guys get the developer to rectify it. then if happen i buy it, by the time it will look good. hahaaa. ^^

Overall environment is comfortable due to its view and higher groud, too bad the workmanship is not satisfied otherwise investor can earn gaogao

you have neighbour with 'special' kind of mentality, cant imagine what will happen when JMB going to form. Everyone trying to be hero. 10 people only also can take action without getting everyone's agreement. If got any future arguement, maybe will call white house to come ?
