Went to see Parcville few days back,and happened to see this project as well. Thinking to get a unit there and was offered type S first floor with price of rm760k. Still thinking hard should I proceed with it? same price but bigger in Zefer compare with parcville...

Finally made my booking for a unit in Zefer Hill after compare with other new project. Now waiting for loan approval

hi, wanna ask is there anyone got delay on signing the s&p? In the SPA mentioned that the 10% discount is only applicable for those who sign the S&P in 14days time after u had made the booking. So anyone had exceed the 14days yet still get the discount?
