From the below 2 pics, just within minutes, from "the rest are 2 or 3", then "the rest", what you mean by the rest? (This ady prove that you like to twist & turn, within a minute you ady twist & turn once), you fully understand that I want to sell it in bulk, if I come on the 3rd December, I will bring everything come at once. Added on December 7, 2011, 5:17 pmsorry bro, i have experience where people asking me to reserve something for them, then i said ok, after 1 month, he told me that he got it from someone else... so, i don't see any problem with bro frog if he sold it to other people, where the buyer has yet to confirm to buy or not to buy... i have personal experience, not to mention one of my friend actually offered me a higher price for the thing i'm selling, but that buyer confirmed that he will buy from me, so i reserved it from him, no offence, just sharing my experience.

And tashfinsheikh can you upload the game list he provided you so we can know did he removed the games or not.
Bcz he said he removed games bcz some of them got scratches (correct me If i am wrong but isn't black games rented out?) So how he suddenly came up with these games have scratches?

It's not a fkk case at all, it's like Frogcat thinks tashfinsheikh will buy all games & tashfinsheikh don't want to buy more games anymore.

Bro, pls take a look on the time when he chose 25 games, that's 4 something on 29th November, the no confirmation pics I uploaded was within 27th - 29th November, b4 4pm. Pls bro, by saying the words on top, you are indirectly giving chance to this cunning man to create more confusion to the public (I'm not angry about you or blaming on you, just we need to be very careful & aware when we deal with a cunning man).

He ady uploaded bro, pls check every pages & read everything b4 asking a question, this fella twist & turn for several days ady, & I'm so tired to handle him case by case, until now, he don't even admit he has the intention to ffk or cheat, even I pointed out with evidences, & even some frens here saw it too, by just reading & analyzing.

I also explained clearly to the scratches bro, if he don't mind, I can sell it to him, I've cleared every new stories he created so far, with evidences & sincere.

the topic is that the seller forcing the buyer to buy the games...but from all the conversation i've read, the buyer did agreed to buy everything, until he realized that the EoJ doesn't come with full acc, then he said he doesn't want to buy any games that he already owns... and about the 3 games sold, there's nothing wrong with it...coz the buyer hasn't confirm to buy yet... it's up to the seller to sell it or to reserve it to the buyer...

The thing is that If a killer is accused if murdering & the case is going on You can't say him a Killer or any offensive words bcz it has yet to be proven.

The first Complaint : You really used bad words against him that I saw in the Conversation so the ill-manered part is correct.( I really hate bad words )

The second Complaint : You want him to buy your games until now (c'mon man you don't have any self-respect) you don't need to sell your game to him there are Thousands of other buyers who'll buy them.

There is not a case at all, This whole issue is a waste of time .

That's the problem, the deal was to take ALL in several batches. Refer to 5th pic posted by Frogcat. 29/11/2011 4.25 to 4.26 pm.

29/11/2011 4:24:39PM, tashfinsheikh mentioned the rest 2 or 3. This means he only intended to buy about 28 games from Frogcat at the time, breaking the T&C in the first place. Frogcat proceeded with the deal probably because he missed the "rest 2 or 3" part and assumed tashfinsheikh was going to take other 34 titles.

Frogcat gave a total discount of RM500 for the 25 games. Since the agreement for discount is the buyer must take ALL, tashfinsheikh technically owes Frogcat RM500. If deduct 2 games for the EOJ issue, it's RM340. If tashfinsheikh does not buy the rest 34 titles as agreed, it's a FFK case.

And since when people can't sell something before an agreement is made? Plus Frogcat did send a message to confirm on 27th night, it was tashfinsheikh who did not confirm, plus he told Frogcat they agreed to COD when THEY DID NOT.
