The RM20 off was for 1 game that (EOJ + Deck)
*
I mean the RM1.5k for 25 titles when the actual price should have been RM2K (in the case you don't take all batches as promised).
Frogcat agreed to RM60 because he thought you will be taking the rest (34 titles).

Since you DID not take all as agreed, there should not be any discount in the first place.

I said "the rest are 2 or 3" that one will buy later when he is free. and those games were not available at that time

"Cricket Games"

If that's what you meant then indeed this is a BIG misunderstanding. Like I mentioned; no matter how I scrutinize the MSN message, the 59 pops up and you "seem" to agree to it.

If it's me, I would have pointed out - no; it's not 59. So seriously I don't know how you guys communicated. sweat.gif

If I'm in that conversation and if I'm Frogcat, I would also had assumed the same thing.

Thus a big misunderstanding between 2 party. Now it looks more clearer. rclxub.gif

Well you know there was no agreement on buying all 59 games.
& if Frogcat thinks he have been scammed then TS offered a solution to that too : Frog takes 25 games & return TS 1.5 K.

pls look at the pics again, ts clearly stated n agreed to buy the rest of the games at a later date...........n ts shuld hav understand that he must buy all the titles to b offered dat kind of price...........its clearly stated at seller's thread,

n wat ts is doin nw is to get the first 25 games(the games he interested in) at rm60 per title while its clearly stated by the seller that oni rm60 will b offered if buyer buy all the titles available............ts is clearly cheatin the seller here.......

well ts, for my opinion, i think u r at fault for the problem, firstly, the seller frog yes he was guilty for nt informing u on the EOJ acc thing, but he tried to resolve the issue by offering u an exchange n give u discount on future purchases which u had agreed beforehand........

u had agreed beforehand to purchase all the first, second n third bulks frm him ...........n the seller also kept his promise by reserving those titles for u at a cheap price, but midway thru the deal, u suddenly say the games nt interesting n u already hav it n u dun wan buy anymore............so whos fault is dis nw?? frog agreed to reserve those games for u, he might be able to sell off those games instead of reserving it for u n since u agreed to buy it, he reserved it for u, n bcos u suddenly bailed out, he had lost alot of business here........

n u say u already hav some games that the seller listed for the 2nd bulk, but if u already hav those games, why would u still agree to buy the 2nd bulk beforehand?? u could just tell the seller which bulk of games u wan at first when he sent u the list on the very first day of the deal itself......its ur fault for nt checking properly which game u already hav n din hav......... n when the seller agrees to reserve all the games u initially agreed to buy, n reserved it for u, then u sudenly say u dun wan sum games frm the 2nd bulk n wan cancel the deal, is dis fair to the seller?? dun say frog, if its any seller out thr, they wil also feel very angry wif ur actions,

i c it more like u actualy oni wan the first 25 games, but u wan buy it cheaply, so u tell the seller u wan buy all.......n get a big discount, then when u got the 25 games, u suddenly dun wan buy anymore n cancelled the rest of the deal.........

kindly read this whole topic that I answered all of the above things....

Nay, just let the topic flow because don't want the "dispute" to go back to the console forum.

That was not the deal, the deal was RM1.5k for all 25 games and one of the games in 25 games list he wanted to sell it for rm1520 but later he told he didn't wanted to bargain about it anymore....

It was 2 or 3 games.
If i would have been in TS place this offer was not attractive for me bcz buy 25 2006-2010 games for RM60.
Even if it was attractive for him it was his choice & you don't need to tell me how to understand I have seen more good attractive deals in real world.

And where in the Seller thread it was mentioned ?

You are now very confusing. From my understanding the RM1.5k was because the limit which you had. So which is which now?!

And the bargaining part I think everyone gets it except you. Initially he is selling one at RM80. Thus when you ask him to sell it at RM60, he agreed. The statement "RM20, don't bargain anymore" is a figure of speech where he gave in to your request. Thus it's RM1.5k total, i.e. RM60 each.

I told him, I can withdraw RM1.5k only cuz my transaction limit for that day was reached.

so for 25 games he said RM1.5k is fine biggrin.gif

before that he said RM60 for EOJ without deck and RM80 with deck.

So his original price was not RM80, his original price is RM60 for each and everygame whoever buys in bulk

OMG! The misunderstanding goes deeper.
If I understand the message, it's meant to read that whomever buys in bulk will get RM60 which your assumption is correct. However for the EOJ with cards it'll cost RM80 which he did explained some of the list the games are priced at RM80.

The RM60 is for the majority of the games if buys in bulk. Else if buy 1 by 1, it will cost more. That's what I understand.

Now I would suggest both of you to meet up and shake hand and admit the big misunderstanding in between. As well both to have an open mind, not only to think from one's perspective.

Added on December 7, 2011, 8:07 pmWe are just mediator. But if both side wouldn't admit their "misinterpretation" then the case will go on.
So like I advised, both try to look pass the dispute and shake hand.

wat u say is u agreed to buy all the games at rm60 each, but u oni cn withdraw rm1.5k on dat day, so u take 25 games first n ask the seller to deliver it to u immediately, n when the seller asked u if u stil will buy the remaining 34 games cos rm60 is the price he gave if u buy all 54 titles, u clearly said yes n when he double comfirm wif u again u again said yes u will buy the remaining games at a later date............

I don't see how "every1 who get it in bulk, will get RM60 each" saying how many titles you are supposed to buy to entitle for RM60 discount each.

His PM to you however did say ALL AT ONCE, total of 25 games now. He later updated his list to 59 in total. Which means you are supposed to take 59 in total to get RM60 for each title.

Please don't drag this any further and make yourself look like sore loser, just admit your mistake that you were careless and did not read Frogcat's terms properly.
Otherwise, I only see this as a scam to trick Frogcat to sell some of his titles to you at a cheaper rate.

I think you're the one who's not reading the Conversation he says 2 or 3 more.

And there are three steps to seal the deal
First : Offer
Second : Reserve
Third : Confirm

And second bulk deal wasn't even at the first stage.

In the first conversation he said 16 were available and whoever will buy in bulk will get RM60 each.

You're dragging it further & being a sore loser here bcz he didn't stated that you'll have to buy all games then you'll get Rm60.

He's giving you a discount of Rm20 for god's sake! for that EOJ flat at 60 instead of RM80

So now, you still have to buy the rest of his games (NOT the 25 games you've bought) based on the agreement that both of you had
