We must unite. I am saying this based on what I have seen. Of course they will pay more money for rent as compared to locals but just watch and see after the contract ends, you will have a hard time to chase them out of the house. more over, they will most likely stop paying rent

Yes, developers. I hope you are reading this. This part of selangor are mostly above middle class people. Any newly built mall with cinema will have no local competition. I believe KK and AI and soon Rimbayu are enough in terms of catchment. A lot of the folks tired of going to Sunway, Subang Jaya or Puchong

Since I bought I&P AI, I wanna bakar2 skit.hehe. With RM 1.1 million, would you have Citrina or this? Built up almost same at around 3600 sqft and land area around 5200 sqft. Styling almost same.

Really aa cheahcw2003? My opinion superlink should not be categorized as just "link". Even the build up of pentas corner with 3600 sqft is almost similar to citrina build up but the land is much much bigger. I have also a semi-d somewhere else which is smaller than 3200 sqft. my opinion only. TTDI AI owners dont flame me ya. kekekeke
