Any viola owners here? Have you reported for defects? I have reported mine last 3 weeks but no action has been taken to fix them yet. Why are they taking so long to fix the defects? Anyone?

Yeah it seems that they are prone to these kidna threats. I was told by my grill contractor she had to deal with the gangsters that way coz she was threatened to break the glasses of the car etc.

But once I told the uncle contractor not to disturb my contractor. He smile2 only. Tapi mulut bising cakap kuat2.

Anyhow, my future tenant wants to put on awning etc. Would be interesting to see how the samseng wud react now. Once the crazy, loud uncle barged into my house without my permission. dah masuk baru cakap can enteR? LOL!

The uncle quite agressive I must say. Younger ones are quite friendly. I dunno la if diff ppl got diff experience with them.

But yeah, if the other contractors got scared what can we do.

However, we must know that nobody can stop us from getting other services. So if this is breached, then only I will report police.

So far TS only mintak duit from 3kim. (for my case). Kian Classic (for my kitchen) dunno la.

MY advice: get contractors from whoever you want. Just ignore the gangsters.

I remember telling my contractors to report to me if TS kacau. Thats how my conversation with Ivy started. However, since I paid as how I was willing to pay, I did not confront the crazy uncle or his workers.

Cant believe the other contractors can get that scared. Pity them.

I visited Viola and Spira over the weekend....

SPira is nicely turned into a ncie neighbourhood. I guess more will move in soon.

Viola is still new, roughly about 10 or so moved in...some under renovation, 30% + for sales (judging from the sales banner only).

Understand the subsales price is quite reasonable too .... i guess many dont realize that after sephira and the subsequent phases completed, Viola will be considered cheap with current subsale price...as i dont think investors who bought sephira or the other phases would be able to sell 20x80 at 600k+ or 22x80 at 650k.....despite having slightly bigger built up on the new phases, i guess it will not be easy for the investor to make big buck in short term.

mine no 13, how about yours because i see several unit also under reno...what this is good, we have 12fx, renyc95 as violan...some more?

Went to the lawyer's office to start the MOT process... Damn expensive nearly RM11k.. Why la NAZA dont cover the MOT haishhh
