went to viola last week..sunday...cant get in.only can view from outside..according to the workers..another 1.5mth they should complete the road works and cleaning for final handover

i'm one of the viola buyer..didnt received anything on individual title....

during that time i'll hired lawyer to sue them...provide false informations...

thats good..very fast delivery from TTDI..the original planning end of this year but they managed to do it 10mth eaarlier than schedule...

which bank branch do u use??

as 1st step i would suggest u to prepare the chronology statement. TTDI letter for progress claim letter date and bank release money letter date to TTDI. for maybank I'll received bank notifications letter when bank release money to developer... once got bullet..then shoot kaw..kaw punya. hehehe..

based on my experience..no point arguing with bank....even though they late...purchaser will have to pay..developer chased purchaser not bank..bank dont care ..if we make noise and consistently followup (during the progress claimed) with the banks then they pay attention to us...otherwise..merayu sajalah pd developer..

anyone works for any bank...veli2 sorry..thats my experience

Most important things in township is the neighbour..house defect got money can repair..neighbour..kalo x ok..sure x best punya..

TTDI dont want to waste money on show unit since the house still can be sold without show unit

my wife went to the sales office at shah alam stadium and paid the late payment int in cash and booked the appointment for the handover keys. It depend on their schedule if available then you can go and collect the keys..

to muslims members....anyone knows the location of surau /mosque near spira and viola....I know TTDI will built one surau in new phase (future), cant recall which phase.....
