for sephira case, LAD cheque is ready for collection around 3 months after VP date...

imho, take key at the house is good since we can check the house with the staff together...
*
ya I know, normally take key at office then proceed to check house
so that we also familiarize their office set up.

Now for instance that person who handle key to us resigned from duty,
who do we liase then? What about during this 2 years got defect that guy not around
I also don't know who to see.

I am not complaining but I feel different from other developer.
Thanks for the info about LAD after 3 months....

I just collected my keys for Aquina yesterday. I have to say, the workmanship is quite good. Not much defects.

And Groundfos Water Pump included. Piping for hot water also done. Using Copper.

To the buyers of CITRINA - do you know that the ceiling heights of Citrina is very low? For the groundfloor, the height is only 9.5 feet. For the second floor, all the rooms except one has a height of 9 feet. For one of the room the height is below 9 feet.

I found it very unappealing that a semid marketed as "premier semid" has very low ceiling height. sad.gif

Aquina has over 10 feet ceiling height.

Yes, checked and measured (not once but three times) and checked with TTDI as well.

I dont know whether they'll heed the feedback and do something about it. If you are abt 5'6" and you raised you hands, you can later clean the ceiling fan without using the ladder.

I checked myself. First time i went there i didn't bring the measurement tape but i know it's low. Went the second and third time with measurement tape, floor plan and measure every single room, heights and room sizes.

Tell me about it cry.gif

I just cant comprehend why TTDI accepted such design fr the architect. All other developers know that high ceiling will make a house feels and looks grandeur.. rclxub.gif

Oh by the way ceiling heights is not specified in the SPA.
