The TTDI property guy told me for Aquina the owner must make the request after VP, then they'll see. I c no harm in trying and put in an official request

Just taken VP for my Aquina. Big thumbs up to Naza TTDI, the workmanship is acceptable.

As compare to Pentas 1 which I had taken VP as well not long ago, its really poor in workmanship I have 2 say. Handover even without doing a proper cleaning. The shadow gap above the skirting is horrible, plus other wall cracks & tiles grouting problems, OMG... Plenty of defects and they just rush for handover. I&P definitely failed in this as compare to Naza.

So, we'll see how is the subsale market coming along then...

The latest update i got, all Aquina house will be given free water pump and they will start to install it by next week

take key till now also no one call one?

for sephira case, LAD cheque is ready for collection around 3 months after VP date...

imho, take key at the house is good since we can check the house with the staff together...
