I just purchased Lot 83 Aquina.
Sales person said last unit, because previous buyer loan not approved.
Got it at 824k.

Do you guys think it was a good buy? Still got chance to cancel.....

I did ask. But no discount given. It was like, take it or leave it, many other people also want this property.
That's what I wanted to find out here. Are the units here really in high demand?
I see a lot of units for sale on iproperty.

The Unit was bought from the Developer TTDI. Not planning to sell this property any time soon, for own stay.
Property expected Completion date: April 2013.

I just collected my keys for Aquina yesterday. I have to say, the workmanship is quite good. Not much defects.

And Groundfos Water Pump included. Piping for hot water also done. Using Copper.

Supposedly in the roof area.
Sadly I didn't do visual confirmation.
