next to spira (opposite spira guard house) should be Sephira and Aquina. According to S&P, next year around June (Sephira) and around August (Aquina) hand over.

House owner should not rent to the afros...
House owner may get higher rental return in short term... but it will affect the capital appreciation in the long run to whole TTDI AI... or even affect whole AI area...

Having said that, house owner might not know that afros are staying their house... doh.gif Kena tipu by the tenant/agent like a case complain by forumer here before...
May be they can give some advice...

overall property market in malaysia is slowdown since 2012 after BNM implement LTV 70%...
I dont think TTDI AI will increase the price too much for next phase semi D...
current launch Semi D Citrina is start from 1.45M...

future launch Bungalow House Vanellia http://www.iproperty.com.my/developments/2369/Vanellia only 42 units
