Unifi update: Ttdi said we have to wait for a letter from them in order to enjoy the 50% discount. The letter must be attached together with the application. Letter should be ready by next week. Hopefully.

according to the ID, she'll manage everything and it will cost RM200,000. this includes renovation, furniture, project management, curtain but excluding electrical appliances.

some contractors will offer one-stop solution and will advise you on the design based on their experience. if you do have something in mind, you could share with them and they will do it accordingly. they also can project manage the whole reno works for you. you just gotta know where to find 'em 

panasonic and daikin are ok i guess. i will pick either of these brands 

I am suggesting mitshubishi and Daikin on top of panasonic. I dont know if anyone experience this, but panasonic product quality is really not the panasonic we used to know. This doesnt help by their below par service.

like some of the forummers here mentioned, club house cannot be self sustainable if only Alam Impian residents can become members. maybe there are some clubs that are exclusive for their residents only but it's very very minimal. not every resident will become member and not everyone will pay. remember that.
