In general the purchasers claim that Inp has better workmanship quality, but not gng or FnG. Inp's facade is more conventional vs TTDI's are more modern.
All Ttdi AI are fenced and gated. So u need to decide which factors are more important to u, security or workmanship.
Those who has move in to Ttdi Inp maybe can comment on the TTDI's quality.

When I was at Taipei few weeks back, Taiwanese were shocked to hear that after i told them why F&G and G&G are very important bcz they were clueless why our country so demanded for landed prop.

Went onsite today and I feel that factories are too close to tenun.... it's also on the same elevation. If you exit out the southern exit, you can smell factory rubber. Look at the map. You can see the road I saw that the construction workers use to bring in construction materials.

It's entirely possible that the wind can blow northeast instead towards tenun.

I may be wrong, it's a matter of personal opinion .

You have a point there on the rubber factory, that wind blow direction can be random. If the smell is really strong or the air is heavily polluted, guess most part of Canting, Ukiran, Nukilan and maybe Pentas will also affected.

In some previous posts, some taikors did mention about the air pollution from the oil palm factory nearby affecting few phases in AI, and i remember they wanted to complain to MBSA, Not sure what's the status now?

Any Sephira owner moving in this year? I'm planning to move in early next year only.
