just went there, place are nicely build...but might take another 1-2 weeks to finish all the road and touch up

call them, they said not late as our S&P Stamping on 12 July. and i check de, Agreement dated 1st June but the Stamping is on 12 July.

so should follow stamping date or S&P date?

ok read from the S&P, it should cal from the date of Agreement until VP obtain.

it might be more, even the letter is out, but we cannot took VP as the bank side has not done any inspection + release the full payment. I have contacted both TTDI and Banker side and pushing for it. However until now no positive feedback.

p/s: we need to make appointment on the VP 4 days in advance

as per the TTDI, the LAD is 17 days

nonit to write letter, just call them and ask for offset and arrange for the handover
