I drove by the area, and yes, the kindergarten color did make the township look "cheap".
Can somebody complain to TTDI AI to prevent further color changes? else the whole township will look like a joke, look at older townships where owners can freely modify and change building colors, they are UGLY!

The only township I saw that still look good with individual renovation are those high end bungalow township, with 1 unique design per bungalow.

They are well aware of that fact that they are selling G&G (practically, although not technically) and it is not suitable for kindy to be operating within G&G area. This is childish, anybody that genuinely invest in the property for investment or own stay would not say this.

But if I invested my money to renovate the kindy, and knowing that I will lost a lot of money if it's banned, I might make similar statement whistling.gif

To kindy owner: it might be allowed if:
1. outside parents can drop their kids outside of guardhouse, and teachers come out to pick up the kids
2. kindy bears extra maintenance fee since it "consumes" more maintenance & security labor.

my friend's taman setup RA and rules, and all tenants must meet RA rules requirements, such as no pak hitam, etc... I think this is a must for TTDI to secure the high end, exclusive, and privacy image

3 more things to add:
1. If UNIFI got connection issue, and that seldom happen to me, usually you can just power off the equipment and power on again, connection will recover.
2. If your usage is really low, might want to check out other <RM100 solutions
3. If you use UNIFI, you might start getting addicted to watching movies through internet wink.gif

Totally agree, it will be too late to unite if there's too many pak hitam later. I from Aquina, cannot say much now if your RA is just limited to Viola or Spira residents.

1 entrances to sephira and aquina each, should fence up Sephira and Aquina's lorong to provide more privacy to residents, and less money politics later, each RA take care of own residential area using own budget. And all RA can always collaborate on bigger things.
