Now the price for the same size / sq lagi mahal from phase to phase.

hahahaahaha i have a friend (pangkat adik) who is hafiz and an actuary...totally change my perception that hafiz is not just imam di masjid dan surau.. some more he is an imam... baguslah ramai imam di AI , senang jemput ke rumah , surau pun sebelah zircona..

I also numerously saw a lot of empty houses.

But I guess quite many owners hold their units and close agents told me, they not keen to sell or rental now.

I think we need few years like 2-3 to reach 80% occupancy.

I'm getting conflicting info... how much is nukilan 3 going for these days? I checked propwall for tinta and the price seems too good to be true now.

Nukilan 3 still have a few units available, but bumi quota finish already.I&P launch this phase a few months ago. Starting from RM 680k ( before bumi discount ).

As for Tinta; this is the existing semi D on your left after toll, the very first few phases of houses under Alam Impian development. Asking price should be around RM 1.2 - 1.3million for standard lot ( not sure whethere the lower range still available by now ).

ok newbie here... what does "bumi quota" here really mean? Which fact is true?

1. Buyers will get bumi discount if they purchase that specific unit
2. Only can sell to bumi


1 and 2 , or just 1 , or just 2?

If bumi quota, then just 1 only.

If bumi lot, then both 1 and 2.

U can also try Tenun under I&P, starting from RM 718k, think still have units available.

Or Wait for the new launch of Naza TTDI under Alam Impian in Oct, ,G&G, 3 Storey Emerald ,2700 sq ft, price should be > RM 800K.

BTW, saw you in Rimbayu forum, Rimbayu should still have 30% bumi quote available, non bumi habis 2 days ago. Starting from RM 652K, 22x80.
