guys help me my asus g53 3d every time very hard to shut down when i am shutting down it will come out a blue screen after 10 minutes is it driver issue or hardware issue?

sorry im new to this thread, i actually want to ask, to the owner who already use asus g53jw, can the ram be upgrade until 16gb? i check at intel website that i7 740qm only support up to 8gb only,

juz finish RMA my g53
they changed motherboard, cable and vga card their service quite fast, took 4 days to check and change the parts for me but i really fed up with penang SC reception, very slow in handling thing took me 30 mins to get a laptop really =.= |
