@riku, that's what the X51 was created for. To look pretty next to your consoles... but its still a desktop nonetheless. But actually why would you hook up the X51 to a TV screen? if you wanted to play games that use controller, you already have your xbox360.... hm....

design is almost the same as the g55 except for the vents

one striking new feature is that, the g75 now allows easy access to the dual fans..

asus really late to the party on making their gaming laptops easy access. But i gotta say the design is gorgeous... makes me feel like buying the G55.......

Love that little ROG logo in the middle of the vents, maybe next time it can light up when you power on the laptop.. then when you change to gaming mode, it glows red....

I sent my G53sx nearly 1 month ledy and still havent finished yet...
sent on 7/1/12...

prob is there is no display...even if hooked up to an external monitor..
sent to a local asus dealer and they kept telling not finish yet...

anyone can guide me...very troubled now

No one knows how to answer that. Only Asus Service Centre knows. Perhaps they're pending stocks arrival.

mine took 1 month the first time, that's for a keyboard problem. now i'm waiting for hard drive stock.

i think its GPU, coz connect to external monitor oso no display..

i dont think so, i always check my GPU temp during gaming, it never exceed 85°C and im playing in a full AC room
im not a heavy gamer anyway, just play <4 hours a day
and the display didnt suddenly go dead, its starts with some weird colour for a few weeks before it completely dead

then i restart , then ok liao... me thinks it was just a driver problem.. cuz ive never exp it in the older drivers

err..im not sure bout rainbow but d black colour turns into green, white into pink/yellowish
sometimes its okay, then suddenly it comes again
then the screen goes totally blank
