Hi
Anyone using the Music Freedom which offers zero data for music streaming? I have activated my Pass and noticed data for music streaming has been deducted from the Internet quota
Thank you

The same goes with free FB and others. They deducted my internet quote regardless.

I wonder how is respon ? Should I change to digi from u mobile ?
*
Nah. Should stick with U Mobile P70 as it offer 7GB data while DiGi only 3GB. In short, you get extra 4GB for RM5. Its a no brainer.

Hi Digi, I received the Alcatel POP 2 and its a faulty unit. Can I get a replacement? Where do I send for warranty? Please assist me. Thank you.

If the unit DoA, you shold insist on 1-to-1 exchange.

Shall I go to Alcatel service centre to request 1-1 exchange?
*
If the unit DoA, you should exchange it at the place you got it. If the unit dead after quite sometime, better go to SC.

but i believe Digi coverage is better than U mobile

Not quite. You are covered by Maxis coverage in the area where U Mobile got no coverage.

Will it automatically go into Maxis coverage or do we have to manually change the network?

Last 2 times when my U Mobile line was bad, I just went on to use another phone with a Maxis line (my primary phone) in it without any problem.

Is it only the 2G network that's covered by Maxis, or also the 3G?
*
Most of the time it is automatic, based on my experience.

According to some of the reputable news agencies, the agreement covered both 2G and 3G but some say it was jusy for the 2G. But i guess i believe those news agencies more.

I'm sure it will last. celcom already offering 5 gig data and unlimited calls and SMS. digi will have to keep up the pressure to prevent churns. their prepaid plan looks good actually. with free data each reload.
*
Free data each reload is for the prepaid.

After finished quota:

50GB one: disconnected
100GB one: capped to 512kbps
*
And for the 100GB package, only 30GB set as all day data. The remaining 70GB can only be used between 2 AM - 8 AM which is just insane.

They need to do that to preserve their network performance, just look at Celcom.... whistling.gif

Might as well offer the unlimited off peak like burung hantu and max$h1t (for east Malaysia).
